Dale Beckles is the President and CEO of Arcaneo. During his 17 years in the software industry, Dale has held a number of senior management and consulting positions with industry leaders. His positions have included: Director, Business Development, Computer Innovations (ComputerLand); founder and General Manager, Lotus Development (Canada); Vice President, Marketing & Sales, Digital Research; Product Development Partner, Software Publishing; Marketing Consultant, Apple Computer; and MSDN Regional Director, Microsoft Corp. Most recently, Dale was President and CEO of Valadeo Technologies Corp., a software company providing web content infrastructure products for the web hosting industry.  Prior to Valadeo, Dale also founded Developer's Workshop, a software tools company, and Fusion International, a contract product development company for large software firms. This is Dale's 4th start-up.

Clement has more than 10 years international experience which includes assisting Internet, Telecommunications and IT companies in their international expansion plans through investments and partnerships in Europe and Asia. Most recently, Clement served as Director, Corporate Development of Valadeo Technologies where he developed an Asian joint venture and helped with the Series B financing. Prior to that, he was VP Corporate Development for a B2B internet auction/exchange software company, ecmarket.  At ecmarket, Clement played a key role in helping the company raise $11M in their Series A financing from North American, European and Asian investors, as well as in building and managing a regional sales and implementation team. Clement's advisory skills have contributed to the success of a number of technology start-ups directly, as well as through the Government of Canada's Venture Financing Program, which accounted for more than $50M injections into various Canadian high tech start-ups and funds over a 2 year period. Prior to this, Clement was an economist at the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade.

Clarke has held a number of senior management and consulting positions throughout his career with a number of blue chip companies including Shell, ExxonMobil and American Express. Over the past 10 years with American Express as Director Business Development and Director Consulting Services, he has worked with a large number of global corporate clients in North America and Europe. With a strong background in e-commerce and business travel, Clarke was considered subject matter expert in strategic meetings management helping to develop new payment solutions, third party partnerships and industry best practices. In his new role at Arcaneo, Clarke will be working with Metron clients to ensure effective implementation strategies and deliver innovative solutions around policy and process, e-procurement and change management.
