Metron integration will provide Cliqbook Travel customers with a strategic meetings management option that is complementary to Cliqbook® Meeting and drive increased adoption of Cliqbook Travel. TRX partners with Arcaneo to deliver integrated online travel booking solution for meetings
TORONTO, DALLAS – October 11, 2005 - Arcaneo Inc., provider of Arcaneo Metron™, the recognized leader in strategic meetings management solutions today announced that it has entered into a partnership agreement with TRX (Nasdaq: TRXI), a leading provider of transaction processing and data integration services to the global travel industry and provider of the RESX (Online Booking) solution.
RESX users now have a means to capture meetings-related travel bookings via integration with Metron. “Meetings travel represents a significant opportunity to increase the adoption of online travel booking tools, like RESX, among Global 1000 companies,” said Shane Hammond, TRX Executive Vice President, Sales & Client Services, North America. “We are pleased to partner with Arcaneo to offer a fully integrated response to this need.”
Under this partnership, TRX and Arcaneo will co-market their value-added offering to each other’s clients. Licensees who choose to implement both RESX and Metron can realize the value of this integrated offering at no additional charge.
